A mandatory, non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required to confirm your appointment.

The retainer is non-transferable to other individuals or dates.

Bridal disclosure

If you are a bride booking an in-studio bridal glam, kindly notify us in advance — we have special bridal packages for you.

Misrepresentation of bridal services (booking a studio session as a regular appointment) will result in service denial and full balance charge.

Bridal services are priced differently due to time, expertise, and product use.
Payment & balance

All bridal, bridal party, and home call balances are due 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments booked outside regular studio hours attract a $50 after-hours fee.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling Fee: $25

Rescheduling must be done at least 3 days before your appointment.

You can reschedule only once, and the new date must fall within 2 weeks of the original appointment.

If not adhered to, the initial deposit will be forfeited.

In the rare event that Heriecolorz cancels, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
No-show & Lateness Policy

A no-show without explanation results in an automatic block from future bookings.

15 minutes late: $25 late fee

20 minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled without refund or rescheduling.

Last-minute bookings also attract a $25 urgency fee.
Health & Safety
Please do not book if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or any contagious conditions. We value the safety of all clients and staff.
media & Promotion Consent
By booking with Heriecolorz Makeup Artistry, you grant us permission to capture photos or videos for promotional purposes (social media, website, or portfolio).
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to decline service to clients who are hostile, disrespectful, or fail to comply with our terms and conditions.
satisfaction policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the studio. We will gladly offer a redo service either the same day (based on availability) or within 3 days.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered
